I'm Patricia, a mother, DV survivor, solopreneur and founder of Pleasurelit®.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed somatics, nervous system regulation, breath, movement, tantra, sexuality, holistic health, and embodied leadership, so pleasure becomes your nourishing energy for life, business & relationships.

I’m calling these solo reflections The Pleasurelit Woman because she isn’t a concept to me. She’s the woman I choose to be. In life. In business. In motherhood. In love. In everything.
In this episode, I share how she moved through something very real: relocating our home.
Moving house can tighten the body fast.
Deadlines. Boxes. Disruption. A lot more on top of the usual day to day tasks.
I could feel the pull toward bracing, rushing through my to-do list, and holding everything together.
But Instead, this time, I asked myself: “How does the Pleasurelit Woman meet this?”
She regulates first.
She breathes.
She softens her jaw while taping boxes.
She puts music on.
She moves her hips and shakes her booty between tasks.
She notices when she’s slipping into pressure and returns to sensation.
Not perfectly, but consciously.
I also share more about the impact of weight lifting on my pleasure potential. Fitness is a portal to pleasure. I keep returning to weight lifting, riding those waved of pleasure during and post workout.
It might not be weight lifting for you, but I encourage you to explore and find your favourite type of movement to awaken your pleasure energy.
