Meet Patricia

I’m Patricia, a mother, solopreneur, and the founder of Pleasurelit®.

I live a full life. I work for myself, raise children, lead, create, and hold responsibility. I know how easy it is to function well while the body slips into autopilot, always doing, giving, and pushing forward. I also know what it’s like to live this way with pleasure, from the body, not at the cost of it.

It’s a nourishing, creative energy that supports how I earn, lead, love, parent, and live. Pleasurelit® is a pleasure-led way of being and living, born through my own transformation. This is the work I now guide others through.

I support people living full lives, especially mothers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and those holding a lot, to build their capacity to experience pleasure, love, and wealth, so their lives no longer come at the cost of their bodies.

My approach is body-led, practical, and trauma-informed, shaped by years of professional training and lived experience across somatic embodiment, nervous system regulation, breathwork, yoga, Tantra, sexuality, holistic health, and business leadership.
