Pleasurelit is not a trend for me. It is the way I choose to embody, live, love and lead. It has held me through trauma, through single full time motherhood, through building a business from nothing, through the challenges of life where I chose pleasure instead of shut down.

I care deeply about women who carry a lot, who hold it all together, who look fine on the outside while their bodies are tight, disconnected and tired underneath. Pleasurelit exists so you can feel alive in your own skin again. So you can feel regulated, resourced, deeply connected & deliciously turned on. Lit from within.
