For years I silenced my needs, overgave, and carried the wight of shame and trauma in my body.
But through years of exploration - hundreds of somatic practices, pleasure tools, and more than 20 certifications across health, pleasure, tantra, yoga, fitness, embodiment, education, business and more - I found my way home.
