I know what it’s like to live numb, to feel disconnected from my body, to believe I wasn’t worthy of love and pleasure.
I spent years silencing my own needs, giving too much, and carrying the weight of shame and trauma in my body.

And yet — through exploring countless somatic practices, hundreds of pleasure tools and more than 20 certifications across health, sexuality, tantra, kink, yoga, trauma, education and business — I found my way home.
I came back to my body.
I reawakened my pleasure.
I remembered that pleasure is magick.
And when we live lit from within, unapologetically, we become magnetic to love, abundance, and the life we truly desire.
