Meet Patricia

I’m Patricia, a mother, solopreneur, and the founder of Pleasurelit®.

I live a full life. I work for myself, raise children, lead, create, and hold responsibility. I know how easy it is to function well while the body slips into autopilot, always doing, giving, and pushing forward. I also know what it’s like to live this way with pleasure, from the body, not at the cost of it.

Today, pleasure is no longer something I delay until goals are met, push away, or find too uncomfortable to experience. It’s a nourishing, creative energy that supports how I earn, lead, love, parent, and live. Pleasurelit® is a pleasure-led way of being and living, born through my own transformation. This is the work I now guide others through.

I support people living full lives, especially mothers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and those holding a lot, to build their capacity to experience pleasure, love, and wealth, so their lives no longer come at the cost of their bodies.

My approach is body-led, practical, and trauma-informed, shaped by years of professional training and lived experience across somatic embodiment, nervous system regulation, breathwork, yoga, Tantra, sexuality, holistic health, and business leadership.

I’m the bestselling author of The Pleasurelit Way. My work, offered through facilitated spaces and courses, has received multiple awards for its contribution to pleasure-embodied education.
