Pleasurelit Breathwork is a self paced online course that teaches you how to use conscious breathing to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with sensation, and gently reopen your capacity for pleasure.
This is breathwork without pushing, forcing, or chasing release. You learn how to listen to your body, choose the right breathing tool for your state, and build safety as the foundation for aliveness and pleasure.
