Pleasurelit Sessions

Some people don’t need a long coaching container. They need a place to land, breathe, be seen, and make a shift that their body has been holding back for years. Pleasurelit sessions are for that.

A single 60-minute session can help you soften what has gone numb, loosen the places that push through out of habit, and reconnect you to the pulse of your own energy. It’s for the moments when you know something is blocked but can’t name it, or when you’re tired of being in survival mode and want to feel yourself again.

Sessions are available online. Optional in-person sessions at the Sunshine Coast after foundation of online sessions is set.
Best availability is weekdays between 9am and 2pm AEST.
Open to all genders, all bodies, all relationship dynamics.

What we can work on together

Every session is shaped by what your system is holding. Some people need breath to unfreeze what’s collapsed inside their chest. Some need slow embodied movement to wake the hips and pelvis after years of tightening. Others need space to speak the truth of a memory, or a feeling that never had permission before.

I draw from trauma-informed somatic work, nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and the Pleasurelit approach to reconnecting with sensual energy as a creative, stabilising force in your life.

A session may include:

I know what it is like to live numb, to feel disconnected, to believe I wasn't worthy of love, pleasure, or success.
For years I silenced my needs, overgave, and carried the weight of shame and trauma in my body.
But through years of exploration - hundreds of somatic practices, pleasure tools, embodiment and more than 20 certifications across health, pleasure, tantra, yoga, breath, fitness, education, business and more - I found my way home.

I came back to my body. I reawakened my pleasure. And I remembered: Pleasure is energy and Pleasurelit is Magick!
It's the energy that makes us magnetic - to pleasure, love, health, wealth and life itself.

Are these sexual sessions?
No. These are not sexual services. There is no sexual touch, no explicit content. This work is about embodiment, nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and reconnecting with your own inner pleasure energy.

Do I have to talk about my trauma?
Only if you want to. Some people speak, some people stay in their body the whole time. Your system leads the pace.

Is this suitable for people who feel shame, freeze responses, or numbness?
Yes. This work is built for those exact experiences. You don’t need to feel ready or confident. You only need to be willing to show up as you are.

Can I come in person?

You don’t need experience. I guide you the whole way, and everything we do stays within your window of safety.
