Pleasurelit Patricia is an award winning & certified Perimenopause Pleasure Educator & Coach

After growing up as the good girl, becoming a high achiever and later leaving a DV marriage, she became fascinated by what helps us fall in love with ourselves and life. She has explored hundreds of somatic practices and pleasure tools, alongside more than 20 certifications and years of study across health, nutrition, fitness, somatic sex, tantra, yoga, and breathwork. Patricia has entered perimenopause herself at 38, which has deepened her understanding of what it means to connect with and care for our body while expanding our capacity for pleasure in this phase of life.

Through her programs, courses, coaching, speaking, workshops and community, Patricia helps you build a pleasurable and healthy relationship with your body, so you can feel deliciously in love with yourself and life, especially during perimenopause and at times of disconnection.
