Patricia is the founder of Pleasurelit®, the bestselling author of The Pleasurelit Way, host of the top 5% podcast Pleasurelit with Patricia and an award winning pleasure explorer and educator with over 20+ certifications.

After years of disconnection and surviving a DV marriage, her own journey from people pleasing into pleasure-leading became the foundation for Pleasurelit®, a movement devoted to helping women awaken, deepen and widen their capacity for pleasure.

Through her trauma-informed somatic pleasure, tantra, breathwork, yoga, kink and embodied pleasure exploration, Patricia guides women into feeling radiant, regulated and deliciously turned on in life, business, motherhood and relationships.
