Patricia grew up as the "good girl", achieving, performing and unable to receive. After surviving a DV marriage, she spent years rebuilding safety within herself to stop self-abandoning shifting from people-pleasing to pleasure-leading.

Patricia guides women to reconnect with their body, so they can live and lead from their pleasure. Her somatic pleasure for women blends somatic self-pleasure, tantra, breathwork, kink, yoga, nervous system regulation and feminine leadership.

She is the founder of Pleasurelit®, the bestselling author of The Pleasurelit Way, host of the top 5% podcast Pleasurelit with Patricia and an award-winning pleasure explorer and educator who has explored over 400 pleasure toys, tools and practices and studied more than 20 certifications.
