Somatic pleasure is your next level nervous system regulation. Patricia guides high-functioning women to embody The Pleasurelit Woman. Pleasurelit Alchemy is her signature framework, a four stage journey into her body and her pleasure.

Patricia is a mother, ED & DV survivor, former nurse, pleasure explorer with 400+ pleasure tools and practices, and an award-winning educator in tantra and somatic pleasure embodiment. She is the founder of Pleasurelit®, the bestselling author of The Pleasurelit Way, and host of the top 5% podcast Pleasurelit with Patricia.

Pleasurelit integrates trauma-informed somatic, nervous system regulation, tantra, breathwork, yoga, fitness, health, sexuality, and embodied leadership. It is Patricia’s lived path as much as it is her professional work.
