Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "I" refer to Pleasurelit. "You" refers to the person purchasing, participating or using our websites and content.
2. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to everything Pleasurelit offers, including:
Services: coaching, 1:1 sessions, consultations, programs, courses with live components, mentorships, workshops, events, retreats, memberships and communities.
Products: online courses, digital content, ebooks, guides, workbooks, recordings, and any physical products sold by us.
Publications: our websites, blogs, podcasts, newsletters and The Pleasure Explorer reviews publication.
By purchasing, enrolling, subscribing or using our websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or participate. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase or participate in anything offered by Pleasurelit. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to decline or approve any enrolment, booking or application at our discretion. Enrolment in a service is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Prices are displayed with their currency (AUD or USD, as stated on the relevant offer). GST is included or added for Australian customers as indicated at checkout.
4.2 Payment is required before participation begins, unless a payment plan has been agreed. Payment can be made through the checkout on our website or by the payment method stated on your invoice.
4.3 Where a deposit applies, the deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation, and the balance according to the agreed payment plan, no later than 30 days before the service begins. Bookings made less than 30 days before a service begins must be paid in full within 24 hours of confirmation.
4.4 If a payment is overdue, we may pause your access or cancel your booking. This does not release you from amounts owing for services or content already provided.
4.5 If you are on a payment plan, your payments fund your continued access. If you choose to stop participating, you are responsible for cancelling future payments by notifying us in writing. Amounts already paid are subject to Section 8.
4.6 Prices may change over time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
5. Your statutory rights come first
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill and that products will be of acceptable quality. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law, regardless of any other statement in these Terms.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your cancellation rights in Section 6 apply. Where Section 6 conflicts with any other clause in these Terms, Section 6 prevails for those consumers.
If mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights apply to you and these Terms are to be read subject to them.
Outside of these statutory rights, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, and the cancellation terms in Section 8 apply.
6. Right of Withdrawal for EU and UK Consumers
This section applies to you if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom. It reflects your rights under Directive 2011/83/EU, Directive (EU) 2023/2673, and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded, meaning the day you completed your purchase.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement. You can do this by using the withdrawal button available in your purchase confirmation and account area, by emailing pleasurelitmail@gmail.com, or by using the model withdrawal form below. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14 day period expires. We will confirm receipt without delay.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Digital content: loss of the right of withdrawal
Our online courses, programs and other digital content are delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to delivery beginning before the end of the 14 day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun. This consent is collected at checkout.
Services: sessions, coaching and mentorship
If you book a service and request that it begins during the 14 day withdrawal period, the following applies. If the service has been fully performed within the withdrawal period with your prior express consent, you lose your right of withdrawal. If you withdraw after the service has begun but before it is complete, you will pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full price of the service.
Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions, the 14 day withdrawal period runs from the day the subscription contract was concluded. Cancelling future billing periods is separate from this right and can be done at any time as described in Section 9.
Model withdrawal form
You may use this form to withdraw, though it is not mandatory:

7. Access to digital content
We aim to keep online content available at all times, though occasional maintenance or updates may cause short interruptions. Where content is downloadable, you may download it to preserve your access. Access periods for specific courses or programs are stated on the relevant sales page.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, share or exploit any portion of our content, services or materials without our express written permission. All materials are for your personal use only.
8. Cancellations, reschedules and refunds
Subject always to Sections 5 and 6:
8.1 Cancellations must be made by email to pleasurelitmail@gmail.com.
8.2 1:1 sessions, coaching calls and online sessions. Bookings are final. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. If less than 24 hours notice is given, or you do not attend, the session fee is forfeited, as your space is held just for you.
8.3 Programs, workshops, retreats and events. Up to 90 days before the start date, you may cancel for a refund of amounts paid minus the deposit, provided you have not accessed any digital materials or received any services connected to your booking. For cancellations between 90 days and 30 days before the start, 75% of the price is payable. For cancellations within 30 days of the start, 100% of the price is payable. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law.
8.4 Cancellation by us. If we cancel a service for well-grounded reasons, such as insufficient participants, illness or force majeure, you will be offered an alternative of equal value or a refund of amounts paid. We will notify you as early as possible.
8.5 Participation is voluntary. Choosing not to complete a program or withdrawing partway does not entitle you to a refund or a substitute, except as required by law.
9. Community membership and subscriptions
Our paid community is billed as a recurring subscription through the hosting platform. By subscribing you agree to the platform's own terms of service and billing policies in addition to these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid. Partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.
Access to community spaces, live calls, recordings and member content is available only while your subscription is active. We may remove any member who breaches our behaviour standards (Section 16), without refund of the current billing period, except where required by law.
We may change the community's features, schedule of live calls, or hosting platform. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance.
10. Confidentiality and community care
10.1 Our services often involve participants sharing personal and sensitive experiences. You agree to keep confidential anything shared by other participants inside our programs, communities, sessions, workshops and events. What is shared in the space stays in the space.
10.2 All course materials, program content, frameworks, recordings, workbooks and teachings are the intellectual property of Pleasurelit and are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, reproduce, resell or distribute them without written permission.
10.3 If you have a concern, complaint or negative experience relating to our services, we warmly invite you to raise it with us first at pleasurelitmail@gmail.com so we can address it directly. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from leaving an honest review, seeking independent advice, or contacting any regulator, authority or professional body.
11. Health, wellbeing and medical disclaimer
11.1 Our services and products, including yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, movement and coaching, are educational and supportive activities. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy or a replacement for medically necessary care. Always discuss physical or psychological complaints with a qualified professional.
11.2 Patricia is not a medical doctor, psychologist, sexologist or therapist, and Pleasurelit is not a medical institution. Patricia is a certified trauma-informed coach with training across somatic and embodiment modalities, but she does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Nothing offered by Pleasurelit should be taken as medical advice. Suggestions regarding physical, mental, emotional or sexual wellbeing are for educational purposes only. For qualified advice, consult a medical professional.
11.3 Health disclosure. When registering for a service, you must disclose any relevant physical or psychological conditions and medication use, and update us if anything changes after booking. We may send a questionnaire or arrange a short call for this purpose. Based on this information, we may adapt the program for you or, where participation would not be safe or suitable, decline or pause your participation. Failure to disclose accurately may result in exclusion from participation, with any resulting costs borne by you.
11.4 If you feel that past or current trauma is interfering with your ability to participate safely, you agree to inform Patricia and to seek support from a qualified professional. If we determine that you are unable to continue safely in a service, your participation or access may be paused pending a follow-up conversation.
11.5 You are responsible for monitoring your own condition throughout any practice. If symptoms occur that are unusual for you, stop the activity and seek medical advice.
12. Breathwork: effects and contraindications
12.1 Active breathwork is a powerful modality. While usually deeply relaxing, it can produce physiological changes and intense physical and emotional release, including tingling, dizziness, trembling or shaking, strong emotional experiences, and sensations of energy moving through the body.
12.2 The following conditions are contraindicated for active breathwork (this list is not exhaustive):
- Pregnancy, first trimester
- Detached retina or glaucoma
- High blood pressure not controlled with medication
- Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
- Diagnosed aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions or diabetes
- Respiratory issues or asthma
- Epilepsy or seizures
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or other psychiatric conditions
- Hospitalisation for a psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical condition that would impair your ability to engage safely in activities involving intense physical or emotional release
12.3 If you are unsure whether active breathwork is suitable for you, consult your healthcare provider before participating.
12.4 Never conduct active breathwork in situations where losing consciousness would be dangerous, for example in water, while standing, or while driving.
12.5 By participating in breathwork, you confirm that you have disclosed relevant conditions, that you have sought medical advice where appropriate, and that you remain in control of your own breath and experience throughout. If a session becomes overwhelming, you are responsible for returning to a normal breath to settle your system, and the facilitator will support you. In-person sessions may include supportive, non-sexual touch, which you may decline or stop at any time by saying "stop". In an emergency, you agree that we may call emergency services on your behalf.
13 Intimate somatic practices
13.1. Some of our services, programs, recorded practices, workshops and live calls include guided intimate somatic practices. These can include breast massage, guided self yoni massage, body mapping, body and yoni gazing, somatic self-pleasure practices and sex coaching education. The following applies to all of them.
13.2 All intimate practices are self-administered. You touch your own body only. Patricia does not touch you intimately or sexually, whether online or in person, and no sexual services are provided. All guidance is educational.
13.3 Participation is always optional. Every intimate practice is an invitation, never a requirement. You choose whether to participate in any practice, in full or in part, and you may pause, adapt or stop at any time without explanation. Choosing not to participate never affects your access to the rest of a session, program or community.
13.4 Privacy during live guidance. In online sessions and live calls, intimate practices are guided with your camera and microphone off. You will never be asked or expected to be visible or audible during an intimate practice.
13.5 Recordings. Where live calls or sessions are recorded, recordings capture Patricia's guidance only. Participants are not recorded during intimate practices.
13.6 Your responsibility. You are responsible for practising in a private, safe and comfortable space, for working within your own physical and emotional limits, and for pausing or stopping if a practice does not feel right in your body. These practices are education and embodiment work, not medical, psychological or sexual health treatment. If you have relevant health conditions, injuries or concerns, consult a qualified professional before participating.
13.7 Age. All intimate practices, and all Pleasurelit services and content, are strictly for adults aged 18 and over.
13.8 In-person workshops. Any future in-person workshop that includes intimate self-touch practices or clothing-optional elements will be clearly and fully described before booking, will require separate written consent before attending, and will always preserve your right to modify or opt out of any practice at any time. Clothing-optional never means clothing-required, and your level of participation is always your choice.
14 Recordings
14.1 Guided practice portions of live calls are recorded. Recordings capture Patricia's guidance only. Participants are muted during recorded portions and recordings remain on speaker view, so participants are not visible, audible or named in any recording. Sharing circles and open discussion are not recorded.
14.2 By joining a live call, you consent to this recording format. Practice recordings may be made available in members-only spaces and may be published or distributed on Pleasurelit channels and platforms. Because participants are never captured, this does not include your image, voice or personal information.
14.3 1:1 sessions are NOT recorded.
15. Coaching, education and results
15.1 Recommendations and suggestions offered within our services regarding wellbeing, self-pleasure, sexuality, relationships, spirituality, movement, nutrition, lifestyle or business are educational in nature. Any decision to adopt them is your own, and you accept responsibility for the outcomes. Where professional advice is needed, whether medical, psychological, nutritional, financial, legal or otherwise, please seek it from a qualified professional.
15.2 Results are individual and cannot be guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your own circumstances, participation and commitment. Dissatisfaction with results does not give rise to a refund, subject always to Section 5.
16. Assumption of risk, liability and waiver
16.1 Participation in our services, products and activities is at your own risk. You understand that physical activities involve exertion, and you confirm that you are in adequate health to participate, or that you have obtained medical clearance where needed.
16.2 It is a requirement of participating in our in-person workshops, retreats and events that you hold adequate health insurance, or the financial means, to cover the costs of any injury or illness which may occur.
16.3 Activities officially begin and end at the locations designated by us. You are responsible for risks associated with travelling to and from those locations. If you leave an activity early or continue an activity after the facilitator has concluded it, you do so at your own risk.
16.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Pleasurelit, its owner, contractors, agents and volunteers from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation in our activities, services and products, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or the rights of a third party.
16.5 Our services and websites are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
16.6 Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
17. Third parties
We may provide access to third-party tools, platforms, links or guest content. These are provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not responsible for third-party materials, websites, products or services. Review the relevant third party's own terms and policies before transacting with them. Complaints about third-party products should be directed to the third party.
18. Community behaviour
We expect participants to behave respectfully towards each other and towards us. Misconduct, including intoxication, aggression, unwanted intimacies, coercion, harassment, disruption, vandalism or theft, will result in exclusion from further participation. You agree to follow the reasonable directions of the facilitator or leader of any activity, including a direction to leave.
19. Testimonials, comments and submissions
If you send us testimonials, feedback, ideas or other materials, you agree that we may edit, publish and use them in any medium without restriction or compensation, unless you tell us in writing at the time that your submission is private. We may moderate, decline or remove comments on our platforms at our discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you submit, and you agree not to impersonate others or submit unlawful, abusive or infringing material.
20. Affiliate Disclosure
We participate in affiliate programs. Some links on our website, emails and social media earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we have used and rate. Any gifted or sponsored content is disclosed at the point of publication. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions, and we are not responsible for third-party products, their safety or their performance.
21 Content Creation & Collaboration
We retain all rights to our own content, including photos, videos and written content. Brands may share our content with credit and correct tagging or linking. Use of our content beyond sharing requires written permission and, for commercial use, compensation. We do not guarantee reach, engagement or sales outcomes. You may share links to our posts and quote a few lines with visible credit. Use beyond that requires permission.
22. Privacy
We collect personal data to manage bookings, payments, communication and our client records, and we handle it carefully in accordance with applicable privacy law. We never sell your personal data and do not transfer it to third parties without a lawful basis. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy on our website.
23. Errors and changes
Occasionally our sites may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information, and to cancel orders affected by inaccurate information, without prior notice. We may modify or discontinue any offering, and where a paid offering is discontinued, Section 8.4 applies.
24. Complaints, disputes and governing law
24.1 Complaints should be sent in writing to pleasurelitmail@gmail.com within 14 days of the relevant service or product. We will respond within 14 days.
24.2 The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute directly, and if that fails, through a recognised mediator, before commencing any court proceedings, except where urgent relief is required or where consumer law provides you a different forum.
24.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections granted by mandatory laws of your country of residence.
25. General
25.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remainder will remain in effect.
25.2 Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
25.3 These Terms, together with any policies referenced on our website, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services and products, superseding prior agreements and any earlier versions of these Terms.
25.4 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it. We may deny access to our services if you breach these Terms, and you remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination.
