If you have already made your pleasure menu, this is the next practice. A pleasure menu maps what you already know you enjoy. A pleasure bucket list maps what you are curious about, what you fantasise about, what you haven’t tried yet but can’t stop thinking about.

I’m Pleasurelit Patricia
I believe the more we expand our capacity for pleasure, the more alive we feel.
Curious and open minded by nature, I have always been a pleasure explorer. Things changed when I adapted to be the "good girl", achieving, and performing. After surviving a DV marriage I moved from people pleasing to pleasure leading. I explored over 400 pleasure tools, countless somatic pleasure practices, and completed more than 20 certifications, including trauma-informed somatics, sex, fitness, health, nutrition, tantra, yoga and breathwork. And now I'm bringing pleasure into perimenopause.
I am an award-winning Somatic Pleasure Educator & Coach. My work guides you to awaken, deepen and widen your capacity for pleasure, so you can feel deliciously turned on by yourself and life itself.
I am the founder of Pleasurelit®, bestselling author of The Pleasurelit Way, and host of the top 5% podcast Pleasurelit with Patricia. Pleasurelit is your pleasure lit from within.
How to create a Pleasure Bucket List
Grab a piece of paper, or open a note on your phone. Mine has lived on my phone for years now. Start writing down everything that pulls at your curiosity.
If you are sitting there thinking, “I don’t even know what I desire”, start smaller. Think back to a scene in a film that caught your attention. A part in a book that made your whole body react. A moment in a podcast episode, a conversation, a reel, where something in you went, “hmm, that’s interesting, I wonder.”
This is pathway four from The Pleasurelit Way: pleasure play and exploration. You can explore this pathway more within my bestselling book “The Pleasurelit Way”.
You are not committing to anything by writing it down. Some things can stay on there for years, waiting for the right moment or the right person or the right amount of courage. Others you might try as soon as you claim it on your list. You might add things you stumble across, a friend mentions a toy, you hear the words tantra or kundalini that suddenly have your attention. You might also take things off. Foot worship might sound intriguing until you actually try it and realise your feet are not interested in being touched.
I have had mine for years and its forever changing. Just when you think you have explored it all, something new opens up.
Start today with three or four things you are already curious about, then let it grow from there.
If you feel called to share: What is one thing on your pleasure bucket list?
I have also created a Pleasure Bucket List Template for you, if you like some guidance with different categories of what you can explore. You can access it in my Pleasurelit Community.
With love & pleasure,
