The Pleasurelit Experience is a fully guided somatic workshop through breath, sensation, movement, sound and awareness. Participants learn to listen to the body instead of overriding it, to feel what regulation actually feels like, and to touch the aliveness underneath the busyness.
Every Experience is built around your audience. Established directions include:
The Pleasurelit Woman: For women's events. Softening the patterns of overgiving and opening the capacity to receive, in life, in love, in pleasure.
Regulation: For workplaces and conferences. Nervous system and somatic tools for people who are always on, taught through the body so they can live and lead from their pleasure instead of pressure.
The Pleasure Explorer Experience. For adult education stages and 18+ events. Guided, consent-based exploration education that pairs with The Pleasure Explorer keynote.
Everything is invitation-based and every practice is opt-in. Participants remain fully clothed, no partner contact is required, and the space is held with clear consent and trauma-informed care throughout. This is what makes it safe enough for people to actually let go.

About Patricia
Patricia is the founder of Pleasurelit®, a movement devoted to awakening, deepening and widening our capacity for pleasure through education, embodiment and exploration. She is the bestselling author of The Pleasurelit Way, host of the multi-award winning top 5% podcast Pleasurelit with Patricia, and an award-winning pleasure educator who has taught on stages including LoveX and the Sex Education Stage.
Her expertise is built on more than 20 certifications across somatic practice, tantra, breathwork, yoga, nervous system regulation and trauma-informed work, over 400 documented pleasure explorations, and her own lived journey from disconnection back into a body that feels. Originally from Germany and now based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, she speaks internationally in person and online.

Is the content explicit?
It depends on what you book. The Pleasurelit Way and The Pleasurelit Woman are educational and body-based, suited to general audiences. The Pleasure Explorer is designed for adult education stages and 18+ events, with content depth agreed in advance. Nothing ever happens in the room without clear invitation and consent.
Is this only for women?
No. Pleasurelit® keynotes and workshops are open to all genders. Patricia's one-on-one work and programs are created for women, and her speaking welcomes every room, because pleasure as a human capacity belongs to everyone.
Do you speak online as well as in person?
Yes. All keynotes and workshops are available in person or as live virtual sessions. Patricia is based in Queensland, Australia, and travels nationally and internationally.
What does it cost?

Can the session be tailored to our event?

Keynotes may be recorded by arrangement. The experiential portions of workshops are not recorded, so participants can drop in fully without an audience beyond the room.
