I’m Patricia, a multi-award-winning somatic pleasure educator, bestselling author and most importantly: a passionate pleasure explorer.

I grew up as the “good girl”, achieving, performing and unable to receive. After surviving a DV marriage, I spent years reconnecting with my body, exploring over 400 pleasure tools, countless embodied practices, and completing more than 20 certifications. So, I have got lots to share..

Some explorations involve pleasure tools such as toys, books, and other pleasure products. And some include practices such as tantra, kink, BDSM, breathwork, and embodiment. And some are from everyday moments.
