The Coaching Container

The Pleasurelit Coaching Container takes you through my Pleasurelit Alchemy framework. Every session, every practice, every piece of integration work is shaped around you, your nervous system, your patterns, your life. This is a living container, in the most supported way.

Pleasurelit Alchemy

Each phase of the container builds on the last. You cannot reclaim what has not first been made safe. You cannot radiate what has not first been rewired. The sequence matters.

Regulate

Bring your nervous system out of chronic override and into safety. This is where your begins, creating safety from within.

Rewire

Interrupt your deep patterns of performance, disconnection, and over-functioning that you have been running on for years. We meet the parts and release what is no longer serving you.

Reclaim

Return to your sensations, desires, and the parts of yourself that got set aside in the process of holding everything together. You reclaim your aliveness, your voice, your boundaries and learn to receive.

Radiate

You radiate. You pleasure shifts the way you lead, love, and live - from a body that is lit from within.

What is included

Weekly Private Sessions

60 minutes for individuals. Each session shaped by your body, your energy, and where you are in that week.

Opening Grounding Ritual

Every session begins the same way. A shared ritual that drops you out of the pace of your day and into genuine presence before the work begins.

Messaging Support Between Sessions

I am available to you between sessions for integration questions and moments that need holding.

Weekly Home Practices

Personalised somatic, tantric, and embodiment practices to work with between sessions. The integration and embodiment happens in the day to day, not just in the coaching calls.

Tailored Resources

Access to guides, practices, and resources from the Pleasurelit library curated specifically for where you are in your process.

Pleasurelit Circle Access

Full access to the Pleasurelit Circle community for the duration of your container. A living space to integrate the work and connect with other women on the same path.

Questions

How is this different from The Pleasurelit Woman program?

The Pleasurelit Woman is a group cohort program. The Pleasurelit Coaching Container is entirely private and one on one. Same Alchemy framework, completely different level of personalisation, attention, and support. The container is shaped entirely around you and adjusts week by week to where you actually are.

Do I need to have done the program first?

No. The container is designed to stand alone. Many women come to it directly. Others have done the program and want to continue the work one on one. Both are welcome.

Is this therapy?

No. This is somatic embodiment work, not clinical mental health treatment. If you are in active crisis or require clinical support, Patricia will always encourage you to seek that first.

What if I need more than eight weeks?

That conversation can happen inside the coaching container. Some women continue with ongoing monthly sessions after the eight weeks. Patricia will always be honest about what she sees your body needs.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Mention this in your application and Patricia will discuss options with you.

Can I book a single session first to see if this is the right fit?

Yes. A single Pleasurelit Session (The Pleasurelit Hour) is available if you want to experience the work before committing to the full container.
