I know what it is like to live numb, to feel disconnected, to believe I wasn't worthy of love, pleasure, or success.
For years I silenced my needs, overgave, and carried the weight of shame and trauma in my body.
But through years of exploration - hundreds of somatic & pleasure practices, tools, and more than 20 certifications across health, pleasure, tantra, yoga, breathwork, fitness, embodiment, education, business and more - I found my way home.

I came back to my body. I reawakened my pleasure. I am embodied, loved, alive, magnetic and abundant.

Your Pleasurelit Alchemist

There was a time when I didn’t know how to feel.

Disconnected from my body, carrying deep pain and shame, I lived in survival mode. I was constantly doing, giving, and pleasing — while silently battling low self-worth, trauma, and the belief that I wasn’t worthy or enough.

If you have ever felt numb, overgiving, or out of touch with your body — I see you. I have been there.

I had lost touch with my sensuality, my confidence, and my feminine power. I didn’t trust my body or love myself enough to truly listen to it.

My healing began when I finally stopped trying to fix myself and started feeling myself.

Through Tantra, sacred embodiment, and somatic practices, I began to release what wasn’t mine — the fear, the guilt, the patterns of self-abandonment — and returned home to my body.

I learned to connect with my body more deeply. To feel safe in my feminine. To love myself fully. To receive love without guilt. To transform my pain into purpose.

This became The Pleasurelit Way — a way of being and living that blends deep self-love with embodiment and energetic pleasure alchemy.
