Flip the script: Before responding, pause and ask, Is this aligned with my needs and desires? If not, honour yourself and say no—without guilt, without over-explaining, and without apology.

2️⃣ Deepen Your Connection to Yourself

Feeling disconnected? That’s your body calling you home. Set aside intentional time to check in—whether through mindful breath, sensual touch, journaling, or just sitting with your emotions. Connection starts when you stop running from yourself and start listening.

3️⃣ Speak Up—Unfiltered, Unapologetic

Your voice matters. Your desires matter. Your truth matters. If you’ve been shrinking yourself to keep others comfortable, it’s time to take up space. Start small—express a need, state a preference, share an opinion. The more you use your voice, the stronger it becomes.
